Atria IoT Labs is an initiative of Atria City of Learning at ASKB Campus, inaugurated in November 2019. It is aimed at developing and offering several academic and skill-building activities for the welfare of the students in Atria Institute of Technology. This Lab is intended to foster Skill Development, Student Innovation and Modern learning in the field of Internet of Things and the complementing technologies that can solve real-world problems in the Industry.
Partner Programs
The Arm University Program provides faculty worldwide with academically rigorous Education Kits that use state-of-the-art technologies from the Arm ecosystem in Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering, and Computer Science.
The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering at Atria Institute of Technology, facilitated by Atria IoT Labs offers Workshops and Training Programs to any passionate learner with the Education Kits and Software Licenses granted by Arm University Program
AWS Academy provides higher education institutions with a free, ready-to-teach cloud computing curriculum that prepares students to pursue industry-recognized certifications and in-demand cloud jobs. Our curriculum helps educators stay at the forefront of AWS Cloud innovation so that they can equip students with the skills they need to get hired in one of the fastest-growing industries.

AWS Educate is Amazon Web Services‘s global initiative to provide students comprehensive resources for building skills in the cloud. It is a no-cost curriculum providing access to content, training, pathways, AWS services, and the AWS Educate Job Board with employment opportunities. Any interested educator or a student can join AWS Educate and receive AWS Promotional Credits with an AWS Educate Starter Account.

Developer Student Clubs are university based community groups for students interested in Google developer technologies. Students from all undergraduate or graduate programs with an interest in growing as a developer are welcome. By joining a DSC, students grow their knowledge in a peer-to-peer learning environment and build solutions for local businesses and their community.

The career readiness program offered by Google Cloud provides students of all backgrounds the chance to achieve industry-recognized credentials. Whether in business, engineering, science, or more, cloud skills are a differentiator that can help you stand out in your chosen field.
Being a host institution of this program, facilitated by the Atria IoT Labs, 80 students have been enrolled into this program during the academic year 2019-20. As part of this program, all the enrolled students along with the faculty co-ordinator undergo a 5 course Coursera specialization on Articheting with Google Compute Engine sponsored by Google Cloud and further subsidized certification exam of Associate Cloud Engineer.

Innovate with India, Change the World!
Texas Instruments in collaboration with Department of Science and Technology (DST), powered by AICTE mission organizes India Innovation Challenge Design Contest every year. The contest is open for all Indian engineering students pursuing undergraduate, postgraduate &Doctoral degrees with Indian engineering colleges.
During IICDC 2019, Atria IoT Labs facilitated over 30 student teams to participate in this contest. As an appreciation to his effort, Prof. Sufian Kaki Aslam was awarded a membership to the Confederation of Elite Academicians of IICDC.
TECHgium® is an open-innovation initiative by L&T Technology Services Limited. With this endeavor, it aims to provide a platform for the nation’s most-talented engineering graduates to solve real-world engineering problems and also get due recognition for it. Students are given an opportunity to use their futuristic ideas to come up with creative solutions.
Atria IoT Labs has facilitated several teams to participate in TECHgium 2020 by offering its mentorship and resources to help the participating student teams give their best.
Smart India Hackathon 2020 is a nationwide initiative to provide students a platform to solve some of the pressing problems people face in their daily lives, and thus inculcate a culture of product innovation and a mindset of problem solving.
SIH 2019 saw over 5 million students from various colleges compete for the top prize at 65+ locations.In SIH 2020, the students would have the opportunity to work on challenges faced within various Ministries, Departments, Industries, PSUs and NGOs to create world class solutions for some of the top organizations including industries in the world.
Prof. Sufian of Atria IoT Labs is the College SPOC for Atria Institute of Technology, facilitating the student teams registration, internal hackathon and any mentorship and support required for the students.
